Interactive Exhibition “Museum of Values” – Banská Bystrica
We created this exhibition to offer a perspective on the Slovak story and the theme of “Slovakness” without pathos or clichés. Through works by both classic and contemporary artists, it presents a multifaceted portrait of Slovakia, where history, art, humor, courage, and solidarity intertwine. We aim to spark a lively dialogue about the values we truly hold as a nation and to show that our identity is constantly evolving.
The project functions as a “product” that we can adapt to an institution's specific collections.
Our work:
- we conceived and developed the theme and concept of the exhibition project
- we analyzed the gallery's collection, effectively utilizing and integrating the institution's collections with works of contemporary art
- we incorporated an interactive educational element into the exhibition—The History of Slovakia with Professor Škrečko—an animated character who guides visitors through the exhibition in a lighthearted manner
- we provided the materials necessary for the installation of the exhibition
- we organized an accompanying program in the form of guided tours for the public
