We moved the project from Banská Bystrica to the East Slovak Gallery. The core concept remained the same, but the Košice collection enriched the exhibition with new themes—such as scenes of city life and the industrial landscape. Slovakia is not just meadows and mountains, traditional costumes, and quiet prayer, but also a diverse urban society, sitting in a Košice café, or pondering the meaning of existence. Here, too, we ask what is “Slovak” in our art and what values shape us.

The project functions as a “product” that we can adapt to an institution's specific collections.

Our main task was the comprehensive preparation and development of a cultural plan and strategy for the Banská Bystrica Self-Governing Region. We will create a comprehensive strategic document for the medium term that defines steps for the development of culture in the region. The project involves a wide range of people to ensure that the strategy is based on the real needs of stakeholders and that culture ties in with other sectors in the region, particularly tourism and education.

Do You Have an Artistic Gut? serves as a respected international educational platform and art competition that stimulates critical thinking, creativity, and a deeper interest in art among high school students. The main idea is to connect young people with leading gallery institutions and, through themes in contemporary art, raise important social, environmental, and ethical questions. And we’re the ones keeping it running.

With this project, we are responding to the growing “epidemic of loneliness,” digital fatigue, and burnout among young people and the middle-aged generation. We want to create a safe, inclusive, and purely offline space for meaningful human connection, community building, and mental relaxation. Through informal creativity, cultural themes, and deeper social discourse, we help foster creativity, mental well-being, and healthy self-esteem among participants.

We curated and produced an exhibition that served as a reflection on non-professional political interference in Slovak cultural institutions. The main idea was to document and present to an international audience the period following the dismissal of the then-director general and the subsequent chaotic turnover in management. The exhibition documented the gallery staff’s encounter with amateurism and highlighted their creativity, solidarity, and various forms of artistic resistance.

During an intensive four-day architectural workshop, we combined professional expertise with the real-world needs of the local government, which, in this case, views high-quality architecture as a tool for change and for improving the lives of residents. In the authentic setting of the Liptov village of Partizánska Ľupča, architects, designers, and students—guided by experienced architects—sought solutions to specific urban planning and architectural challenges.

We were involved in the creation of the J.K. Antimuseum, which houses the private collection of works by Július Koller, an artist of European stature. The foundation was a collection established in 1996—at a time when the artist’s talents were recognized only by experts. Visitors had the opportunity to get to know the artist personally as well as the most important moments and themes of his work. The result was a museum, gallery, playground, and educational platform all in one.

The museum operated from 2019 to 2022 at Zámočnícka 13 in Bratislava; today it is part of the Experimental Exhibitions at the Slovak National Gallery (SNG).
