Interactive Exhibition: Museum of Values – Košice
We moved the project from Banská Bystrica to the East Slovak Gallery. The core concept remained the same, but the Košice collection enriched the exhibition with new themes—such as scenes of city life and the industrial landscape. Slovakia is not just meadows and mountains, traditional costumes, and quiet prayer, but also a diverse urban society, sitting in a Košice café, or pondering the meaning of existence. Here, too, we ask what is “Slovak” in our art and what values shape us.
The project functions as a “product” that we can adapt to an institution's specific collections.
- We conceived and developed the theme and concept of the exhibition project
- We analyzed the gallery's collection, effectively utilizing and integrating the institution's collections with works of contemporary art
- We incorporated an interactive educational element into the exhibition—The History of Slovakia with Professor Škrečko—an animated character who guides visitors through the exhibition in a lighthearted manner
- We provided the materials necessary for the installation of the exhibition
- We organized an accompanying program in the form of guided tours for the public
